THE BOX of the cable it doesn't show what number of HDMI cable is it. it also does not say what the picture on amazon show does is capable for receive Dolby atoms and Dolby vision. no where on the box show it. so if you use a cable HDMI that is not 2.1 you can not watch movies' with Dolby atoms' or Dolby visionno wonder the company already discontinued this product.

Hello. Im a regular guy who lives alone in my apartment. I got the 8k hdmi cable and the display port to hdmi active adapter because my pc only has a display port output and my tv only has hdmi input. Overall I gave 4 stars because it works but I just got a new tv and new pc which im not used to and so not sure overall what the picture quality would be like if I used a display port cable from my pc output to a monitor with a display port input. 50 bucks to make hook up my pc to my tv vs maybe 300 for a gpu with hdmi output. Still might upgrade to gpu one day cause id prefer a more high end graphics experience vs the limitations of my igpu, but depending on your situation it may be all you need. I got a 75 inch 4k tv as my pc monitor, my igpu maxes out at 4k 60hz, id personally rather not run my igpu at max, which in a sense is like running your cpu at 100% all of the time, its just not a good idea, id rather have a gpu thats max output is higher than my monitor, so im keeping the strain minimal, which is why I'll probably upgrade to a gpu with a max of at least 8k 120hz cause my tv is only 4k 60hz. But this adapter setup works for now. Thanks guys

It's the best cable I've tried. Unfortunately, I can't get the most out of it because my laptop sends the signal at 60Hz, which is slow for use with a PC, but it works quite well for 4K movies and Dolby Atmos. My TV supports 120Hz.
But this has nothing to do with the cable, as it's a hardware limitation.

Works very well

I needed a certified HDMI 2.1 cable (watch out for fakes) to connect my speaker bar to my Samsung Q85B Smart TV in order to take full advantage of my TV’s eArc capabilities. But it was very hard to find a cable that wasn’t 6 feet long. I finally found this one and at 3 feet it is the perfect length so as to reduce clutter behind my television. The braided cord that joins each end also makes it easier to spot amongst all the other black or gray cables I own so no more trial and error issues if I need to make changes to my set up.I wish more manufacturers made shorter cables. But these guys do and it works.

This worked really well but out of no where the covering on it broke after a month of use and oddly enough were the cable was no longer usable. Pretty odd...but was good while it lasted on my ps5, for a month-_-

I bought this for my PS5 and the PS5 doesn't recognize this as an actual 2.1 8k ultra HDMI cable I feel lied too I will never purchase this again....don't waste your money on this buy a legit PS5 hdmi cable

Pay attention while installing these and make sure that the connector collar ring is snug before you plug it in. Since it's a smooth surface, I recommend using a piece of rubber or coated plier tips for a solid grip on them. If you aren't touching the cable then this is nothing to be concerned about once you've tightened it. A little bit of RTV will keep it from moving if you put a drop on the threads or even behind the collar and be a permanent solution for any application.

I needed an IIS cable from my Gustard U18 to my SMSL M400 DAC. I just wanted something good without breaking the bank and found this cable on Amazon. It’s rated beyond 8K video and for $16 for a meter, this looked pretty good. The cable itself looks great! It’s very stiff. They must’ve used solid core wire or a fairly stiff shielding. Either way it’s plenty stiff and will retain it’s shape. I have nothing to compare it with so unfortunately, it will have to be my reference for nowThe sound had a natural timbre. Just the right amount of edge detail at least to my ears. Frequencies seem fairly balanced. I get nice low bass and treble is just sparkly enough without any harshness. Layering is just okay. This may have nothing to do with the cable, but I’ll have to look at upgrading to something more $$$ to really hear the difference, but it’s a nice cable for audio and I’m sorry I didn’t use it for video which probably is the majority of users for this HDMI cable. I’m sure it’s great for video. It’s got all the certifications up to 8K and for $16 for a meter, it won’t take a bite out of the wallet

I recently upgraded to a Samsung S95B TV. I am using Roku to stream and an off-the-air antenna for local TV stations.My Roku HDMI cable was a version 1 cable. I used this to get the TV working, but knew it may limit the Samsung display options, which it did.This cable appears to be very well made. It is thicker than my other HDMI cables. I hope this is not just insulation/interference layers, but also slightly thicker copper for the larger bandwidth needed for HDMI 2.1Changing to this cable allows me to get the Roku and Samsung TV to communicate in 4K HDR with 30 frames a second. Prior to this I had 4K communication but without HDR.I am struggling to get the Samsung and Roku to communicate as desired. I am confident it is some setting on the Roku or the Samsung and not this cable. When I first added the cable I could not get the Roku to use 4K HDR. I had to do some resetting. This is why I feel I am likely needing to iterate between the Roku and the Samsung somehow, but the cable is able to handle the bandwidth when I get the two devices in sync.

Unfortunately this cable did not last more than 5 month. I don’t usually reviews, but this cable is disappointing. Turned TV on and no audio on TV speakers. Brand new Samsung Smart TV. I tried my Bluetooth buds and there was sound so I changed the HDMI cable and audio was there. Sorry I didn’t buy a more reliable cable. Have to buy ANOTHER cable.

My AppleTV has a horrible judder problem I can't get rid of. The ATV is used only to display security camera video on a dedicated 72" Samsung TV, it's not used to watch shows. Tried everything, nothing helps. Hoped that using an 2.1 8K cable would help but it didn't make any difference at all. There's some kinda sync issue going on that I've been working on for the past year
